Check out these two websites: www.theromancereader.com/top100/html and www.likesbooks.com/top1002004.html. Both of these sites have top 100 romance novel lists. Both lists have several books in common, but each list contains authors and titles not contained on the other list too. It was interesting for me to count up how many on each list I have read. I was also surprised that some romance writers whom I thought were really popular were either not represented on either list or only had a few of their books listed.
Well, yes, I'll take a look. They seem like cool sources. Sometimes the popularity of something doesn't represent how great they are.
